Capital Systems Architect and Wealth Weaver 

Tracey Robertson is a capital strategist and ecosystem builder with more than 35 years of experience across philanthropy, social finance, community investment and systems change. Over her career, she has helped leverage and steward more than $100 million in philanthropic, public, private and community investment, while developing creative funding models, blended finance strategies, partnerships and new ways of bringing capital together for deeper community impact.

Tracey brings deep knowledge of communities and a love of connecting people, ideas and resources. Her experience has taught her that capital works best when it is supported by relationships, trust and a genuine understanding of place. She enjoys bringing together people from philanthropy, private wealth, finance, government, business and community to explore what might be possible when different forms of capital and knowledge come together.

Through Wealth Shift Studio, Tracey is working with others to explore how we can build a more connected ecosystem of wealth—one that brings together wealth holders, philanthropy, finance and communities to create greater impact. She coaches and advises philanthropists and wealth holders on creative approaches to using their capital, while exploring the opportunities created by the growing influence of women and the next generation of wealth holders. She is particularly interested in how this historic transfer of wealth could help reimagine the relationship between wealth, finance and community.
